Background: Psoriasis ( P ) may be complicated by psoriatic arthritis (psoriatic arthropathy PsA ), in 15 % of patients [1]. The risk mortality is increased outpatients compared to the general population [2]. Objectives: aim this study was determine or associated diseases an in-patient autopsy population.
